Because coffee and tea are perishable items, we cannot accept returns on those items.
We will work to resolve any issues on a case by case basis.

If there are any issues with your coffee or if there are any issues with your order being correct, please contact us at info@andybeanhead.com or 870.280.2639 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will do our best to resolve any issues.
Merchandise Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
All Returns or Exchanges on non coffee merchandise items must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please email us with your order number, name, address and phone number along with the reason you want a return or exchange to info@andybeanhead.com or call us at 870.280.2639.
We will contact you with information on how your return will be handled.
The cost of shipping in not refundable.
